There are NO returns on any rhinestone collars listed in my store due to sizing errors so please read the the appropriate sizing charts carefully before committing to purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made unless defective. Most rhinestone collars sold in my store are all made-to-order by the manufacturer and they DO NOT accept return.
