Most items listed within my store comes in a variety of colors and/or sizes and note this accordingly. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability.

Returns & Refunds: I reserve the right to refund or replace damaged merchandise only and will refund the product cost only.

There are NO returns on any rhinestone collars listed in my store due to sizing errors so please read the the appropriate sizing charts carefully before committing to purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made unless defective. Most rhinestone collars sold in my store are all made-to-order by the manufacturer and they DO NOT accept returns.
